Excellent Service Award 2006 as written on their name card…. perhaps it was outdated, time to renew…. Service Award 2008 or even Tender Loving Care Award 2010! Five Star Service Open House, well, agreed, nice ambience…
Modern Cosmetology, Modern Interior, Impressive Exterior….
But I am a customer. I am not a worker there. Nice ambience, a conducive environment is good but that is not my home afterall, and the purpose of me going there, Biofocus International is to do facial treatment, as what was stated in the first place, in the phone.

First, it was FREE, and FREE GIFT, and SURE WIN lucky dip to ‘lure’ you to go, to fix an appointment with them. So tired of receiving so many ‘confirmation’ calls and emails from them. Do they have confidence with themselves, do they trust customers?
This is no Professional, and this is No Excellent Service TO ME at all… I really don’t know how they get this award, what kind of criteria it was based.
Talking about Excellent Service, I did not get EXCELLENT service from them. I even have to ASK for receipt from them. What is BEST from them is PROMOTION, ASKING you to sign up for their package which cost S$3000. Then they would say, I had special invitation, so minus off $200 and then the lucky dip was a rebate of $200, so end up the total package I need to take up would be S$2600. This is daylight robbery! I do not even earn $800 per month! Earning $500 a month is so hard already.
I walked out of the shop, don’t know what I paid for $88, and I thought by asking for the receipt, it would help. But look at the receipt. No signature also. The person is so scared to disclose their name. If their service is SO GOOD, and they have NO FEAR of customers coming back looking for them, why have fear of revealing their name and introducing their name and putting a name tag even? No description of any of the facial treatment, but so much verbal ‘nonsense’ spoken to impress customers.

To the comments of paying the different of $88 for foc facial treatment.. I have invited by the company. I went cos of their sincerity of invitation though i have a package at other beauty salon in town. The therapy did give me the option to add on the machine treatment plus a ampoule for just $88 which my previous center i have to pay $350 per treatment without the ampoule.. Wow, of course of do not mind. of course, if i do not want just take the foc for vitamin c treatment with all the steps in but just without machine and i understand the usage of by using machine rather just an old tradtional hand massage of therapy without machine deep penetration. Usally, is costly for machine usage but i thinks just $88 the center spend 1 hour for treatment they do not really make any profit. I signed up package end of session cos they offered cheaper. And more foc treats for package compared to my previous center. Well, if a salary of $800 per month maybe forget of face treatment at big opreation salon and go for smaller operation center with old traditional of just enjoy the HAND of therapy. As for the comments of heavy make up of celebraties, but do you put on heavy make up in your wedding or wedding pixs.. As i know, the center because of good background so that they are appointed for movie make up for celebraties. But, they are being comment by you for orange peel skin and fatty. Well, i think they are so poor tings to get bad remark out of nothing..and i believe you must have a perfect look, even celebraties lose out…anyway, i have been with the center for 1 yr cos i paid package because if the center able to occupy 3 level with 2nd level newly renovation of impressive ambience. I do believe their standard in everywhere…well lady go and compare with small operation with no even a partition of facial room. You will see the impressive of the center.

We see you in High Court,you have to get your own lawyer and show what you have in the High Court. Any of website evidence represent what? Anyone like you can use any nick name to say what you want. And we will show all the true certificate in the High Court including the therepy.

I totally agree with the comment that these people are really moneysick. I had been to Singapore for a business visit & i got a gift voucher from the International jewelery fair for a treatment worth $320. Since i was not pretty sure of what it would be, i called them & they asked me to fix an appointment. They never informed me that it was not applicable for people on business visa. So i went there when i got a little time in between my busy schedule. i was 20 min late to reach there, so they said my slot was already occupied & i need to wait 1 hr for the next slot.. i asked them that i wanted to know the details of what is mentioned in the gift voucher.. they asked me to come back after an hour. After 1hr, when i came back they told me that the voucher is not applicable for me as i’m not a Singaporean or dont hold a PR. When i asked them , why couldn’t they inform me on phone or atleast when i came before, they said they can offer another facial instead of this. They didnt mention that i have to pay for it. After everything was over, they told me that i have to pay $98. I was so pissed off & all the people were very rude as well. They argued that they told me in the beginning about the $98 charge & its recorded in the camera. I said i wanted to view the recording then… Those people then argued telling that the recording is in the director’s room and i have to get back the next day if i want to view it.. great MANIPULATORS!!!! dont i have any better work to again waste time for such a stupid things wen i know the people are arrogant & are great manipulators????
i also got the same kind of bill with out any signature… PITY u : BIOFOCUS INTERNATIONAL … its good for nothing when the customer service is so poor … hahaha ..

It’s still happening now. They called me & I’ve actually fixed an appointment for today but I guess I won’t want to go for it now. I won’t want to have this kind of bad experience to spoil my day!
