Free Parking

This irritating notice was finally removed.
This is real obstruction at Woodgrove, just outside 7-11, not the first time, but a common scene. But no steps were taken.
Yet, my house, no problem at all, and yet want to come and step on my tail:
On 12.6.08, the piece of notice from Sembawang Town Council still exist, pasting on the wall above this bicycle. Yesterday, 13.6.08, the notice was gone. All our bicycles including this one, still left untouched.
At Woodlands Civic Centre, bicycles and motorcycles were parked ‘everywhere’, obstructing pedestrian pathways and an ugly scene. Yet this is the kind of notice pasted at the pillar, the notice different from that of my home.
Got Notice, No Notice Makes No Difference!
The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or other misdemeanour to your bicycle whilst parked at the site. Bicycle is parked at owner’s risk.
At Woodgrove: Motor cycle also parked at Bicycle lot!
At Woodlands Civic Centre: SO many lots available but motorcycles parked ‘everywhere’ around Woodlands Civic Centre. And this one, immediately outside the entrance of the car park!
