Mortgage rates have increased over the years. Richard and I are paying more for the house. We took the maximum number of loans and for five years, we had been paying only the interest! That is very ridiculous but it is a fact. I wonder when are we going to settle the home loans at all!
Tomorrow we are going to the CPF board to do some adjustment to the home mortgage. Our CPF is depleting. No planning and no calculation was ever done. This is the kind of people I am staying with. No savings, no financial planning and no thinking of the future. If mortgages go up again, we are going to fork up more cash. Where am I going to find more cash when everyday I am trying to accumulate more cash!
Life is so hard. When I am trying to save, thinking that money is hard to earn, he is saying that money is easy to earn. He is not even trying to save. He said,”Don’t tell me about saving!” I am so sick of it. How can I not be infuriated? He just mentioned it to me. I told him off. I said,”If money is easy to earn, if you do not need to save, show me the money!” If money is easy to earn, why am I working so hard for money and why do we have no comfortable life at all! Why he has more loans than assets? Why are we going to CPF tomorrow if he is so rich?
